We provide interior design and consultancy services as described on our website: https://www.avenueinteriordesign.ie. This includes full interior design services and design consultancy services. We focus exclusively on interior design, and not interior architecture.

2. Project Scope and Fees

The scope of each project and the associated fees will be outlined in a separate proposal. This proposal will detail the services to be provided, the project timeline, and the payment schedule. All fees are in Euro (€) unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment

Payment terms will be specified in the project proposal. We typically require an initial deposit before commencing work, with subsequent payments due at various stages of the project.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Respond promptly to our requests for information and feedback.

• Make timely payments as outlined in the project proposal.

• Obtain any necessary permits or approvals for the project.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all intellectual property rights in our designs and materials. You may not reproduce or distribute our designs without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any loss or damage arising from our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by you. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the project if the other party breaches these Terms & Conditions. We reserve the right to terminate the project if you fail to make timely payments or provide necessary information.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be resolved through mediation in Dublin, Ireland. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Irish Arbitration Centre.

10. Changes to these Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post any changes on our website.
